AI NUN, the language model and the knowledge layer can run within the organization’s own controlled infrastructure.

  • No third-party cloud AI

No third-party cloud AI required for answer generation in a local deployment.

  • Grounded answers

Responses are based on the knowledge sources made available to the system.

  • Controlled uncertainty

When the available knowledge is insufficient, the system can say so instead of presenting an unsupported answer as fact.

  • Multilingual interaction

Users can ask questions and receive answers in their own language.

Not another AI account. An AI capability inside your organization.

Most AI tools ask your organization to adapt its work to an external service. AI NUN takes the opposite approach: it brings AI to the knowledge and digital environment you already control.

Your policies, product information, procedures, instructions, FAQs, knowledge bases and approved facts become the foundation of an organization-specific AI experience.

The result is not simply a chatbot. It is a reusable AI layer that can support different users, interfaces and business processes from the same controlled knowledge environment.

Knowledge + Control + Integration

AI NUN is built around three practical enterprise needs: make organizational knowledge easier to use, keep that knowledge under organizational control, and connect AI to the places where work and communication already happen.

  • Knowledge
  • Control
  • Integration

What changes when knowledge becomes accessible through AI?

Corporate knowledge already exists. The problem is that it is often fragmented across documents, websites, internal folders, manuals, FAQs and the experience of individual employees.

AI NUN creates a natural-language access layer over that knowledge, helping organizations reduce the distance between a question and a reliable answer.

  1. Reduce repetitive questions

Let AI handle recurring informational requests so specialists can focus on cases that require judgment, expertise or human interaction.

  2. Make knowledge easier to find

Allow people to ask a question naturally instead of searching through folders, pages and long documents.

  3. Create a consistent answer layer

Use the same controlled knowledge environment across multiple user touchpoints.

  4. Serve multilingual audiences

Make the same organizational knowledge accessible across languages without maintaining separate manual answer flows for every audience.

  5. Bring AI closer to sensitive knowledge

Run AI where organizational information already lives instead of automatically moving that information to an external AI service.

  6. Start small and expand

Begin with one high-value knowledge process and extend the same AI foundation to additional teams, channels and use cases.

Where could AI NUN work in your organization?

Customer Service

Turn approved product, service, pricing and policy information into 24/7 AI-assisted customer guidance.

Example prompt

What documents do I need, how long does the process take, and what should I do next?

A simple question for every potential client

Where in your organization do people repeatedly search for the same information, ask the same questions or depend on a small number of colleagues to explain how something works?

That is often the best place to start with AI NUN.

Find Your First Use Case

From organizational knowledge to a usable AI experience.

  1. Define the trusted knowledge

You decide what AI NUN should know. This can include approved facts, FAQs, service information, policies, procedures, instructions, reference documents and other controlled knowledge sources.

  2. Deploy the AI environment

AI NUN, the language model and the knowledge layer can be deployed in the organization’s own controlled infrastructure, according to the requirements of the implementation.

  3. Connect the user experience

The AI capability can be exposed through the organization’s digital interfaces — for example, a website, internal portal, service interface, messaging channel or another corporate solution.

  4. Ask in natural language

A user asks a question in the language and wording that feels natural to them.

  5. Retrieve relevant knowledge

AI NUN searches the available organizational knowledge and identifies the material relevant to the request.

  6. Generate a grounded answer

The language model formulates an answer using the available trusted context. When that context is insufficient, the system can communicate that limitation instead of filling the gap with an unsupported answer.

  7. Improve over time

The organization can update the underlying knowledge as policies, services, products, procedures and priorities change.

Try the AI engine, not just the interface.

This demonstration shows how AI NUN works with a controlled knowledge base.

Ask a question the way a real customer, employee, student, patient or partner would ask it. AI NUN will search the available knowledge, identify relevant context and formulate an answer.

The important part is not the chat window. It is what happens behind it: a locally running AI environment working with organization-specific knowledge.

Start the Demo

Bring AI to the systems your organization already uses.

AI NUN is designed to become part of an organization’s digital environment rather than a separate destination users must learn to visit.

The same AI foundation can support different interfaces and audiences while working from a controlled organizational knowledge layer.

Possible integration contexts

  • Corporate website
  • Customer portal
  • Internal knowledge portal
  • Service desk or support interface
  • Mobile or web application
  • Messaging interface
  • Other organization-specific digital solutions

The exact integration architecture depends on the organization’s infrastructure, security requirements, user roles and business process.

Local by design

For organizations that require greater control over data, AI NUN can be deployed locally so that the language model and knowledge base operate within the organization’s controlled environment. In this configuration, documents and user questions do not need to be sent to a third-party cloud AI service for answer generation.

Integration without platform lock-in

The business objective is not to force every process into a new interface. It is to make AI capability available where it creates value — while keeping the organization in control of its knowledge and deployment decisions.

AI that knows what it knows — and what it does not.

For enterprise use, fluent language is not enough. The organization needs control over the information on which an answer is based.

AI NUN works with a defined knowledge environment. Approved facts and organizational materials provide the context from which answers are generated.

When sufficient supporting information is not available, the system can respond with uncertainty or indicate that the answer is not present in the available knowledge rather than presenting an unsupported statement as verified information.

A practical hierarchy of trust

  1. 01Approved facts and structured knowledge
  2. 02Organization-provided documents and reference materials
  3. 03If the knowledge is insufficient: say so

This does not eliminate every possible model error. It creates a more controlled and auditable basis for enterprise AI use than an unrestricted general-purpose conversation.

One knowledge environment. Multiple languages.

Organizations increasingly serve people who do not all communicate in the same language. AI NUN makes it possible to use one controlled knowledge environment across multilingual interactions.

A user can ask a question in their preferred language and receive an answer in that language, while the underlying organizational knowledge can be maintained independently of the user’s wording.

Current demonstration languages

  • Русский
  • English
  • O‘zbekcha
  • Italiano
  • Deutsch

Additional language requirements can be assessed as part of a specific deployment.

Someone asks

An employee asks: “Which documents are required for this procedure, and which internal rule applies?”

What AI NUN does

AI NUN searches the approved internal knowledge and returns a concise answer based on the relevant material.

Start with one real business process.

Enterprise AI does not need to begin with a company-wide transformation.

The most useful starting point is usually one process where people repeatedly search for information, ask similar questions or depend on fragmented organizational knowledge.

A practical pilot path

  1. Identify the use case

Select a process with clear users, recurring information needs and a definable body of organizational knowledge.

  2. Review the knowledge

Determine which documents, facts, policies, procedures and reference sources should be available to the AI.

  3. Define the deployment

Agree on the technical environment, access requirements, interfaces and integration boundaries.

  4. Build the pilot

Configure a working AI NUN environment around the selected use case.

  5. Test with real questions

Use realistic queries from the intended audience and identify knowledge gaps, unclear source material and answer-quality issues.

  6. Measure usefulness

Evaluate whether the pilot improves access to information, consistency, response handling or another agreed business objective.

  7. Expand selectively

Extend the same foundation to additional teams, knowledge domains or digital interfaces when the value is demonstrated.

Discuss a Pilot

Why organizations consider AI NUN.

The organization determines the knowledge, deployment environment and intended use.

  • Privacy-oriented architecture

Local deployment can keep the language model and knowledge processing inside the organization’s controlled environment.

  • Grounded knowledge

Answers are generated using the organizational information made available to the system.

  • Reusable AI layer

The same underlying capability can support different interfaces and use cases.

  • Multilingual experience

The same knowledge environment can serve users across multiple languages.

  • Practical adoption

Organizations can start with one concrete process instead of attempting an enterprise-wide AI transformation from day one.

  • Human oversight remains possible

AI NUN can support access to knowledge without removing the organization’s responsibility for policies, source quality, process design and decisions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is AI NUN a chatbot?

A chat interface can be one way to use AI NUN, but the product is broader. AI NUN is intended as a locally deployable AI capability that works with organization-specific knowledge and can be integrated into different digital environments.

Does AI NUN require sending our documents to a public AI service?

Not in a local deployment. AI NUN can be configured so that the language model and knowledge layer operate in the organization’s controlled infrastructure and answer generation does not require sending corporate documents or user questions to a third-party cloud AI service.

Can AI NUN work with our own documents?

Yes. The knowledge environment can be built from organization-provided and approved materials such as policies, procedures, FAQs, service information, instructions and other relevant knowledge sources.

What happens when the answer is not in the knowledge base?

The system can be configured to communicate that the available knowledge is insufficient rather than presenting an unsupported answer as confirmed information.

Does that mean AI NUN can never make an error?

No generative AI system should be treated as infallible. AI NUN is designed to reduce uncontrolled answering by grounding responses in defined organizational knowledge and by making insufficient knowledge an explicit outcome.

Can we use AI NUN internally?

Yes. Internal knowledge access is one of the core enterprise use cases: policies, procedures, instructions, onboarding information, technical documentation and other controlled internal knowledge can be made easier to navigate.

Can we use it for customers or external users?

Yes. AI NUN can support customer-facing or public-facing information scenarios when the organization defines the appropriate knowledge, access model and integration.

Can AI NUN work in more than one language?

Yes. The current demonstration supports English, Russian, Uzbek, Italian and German. Additional language requirements can be assessed for a specific deployment.

Where can AI NUN be integrated?

Depending on the implementation, the AI capability can be integrated into websites, internal portals, service interfaces, applications, messaging channels and other organization-specific digital solutions.

Do we need to replace our existing systems?

Not necessarily. The goal is to add an AI access layer to useful organizational knowledge and existing digital processes where appropriate, rather than automatically replacing the systems already in use.

How should we start?

Start with one process where users repeatedly ask similar questions or struggle to find reliable information. A focused pilot makes it easier to define the knowledge, test real questions and evaluate measurable usefulness before expanding.

Is AI NUN intended to make autonomous business decisions?

The primary proposition presented on this site is controlled access to organizational knowledge and AI-assisted information handling. Any higher-risk automation or decision-making use case should be designed and governed separately for the specific organization and regulatory context.
